Having worked for 19+ years in the furniture industry, I realised there was a need for customers to have their furniture assembled professionally, promptly and without the run-around so many furniture companies dish out.
Your time is valuable to you. You don't need yet another excuse as to why your delivery is late, which forces you to adjust your schedule and life, as you make your house more of a home.
We want you to be able to have your furniture assembled without fuss, but done in a way that will last many years. A job done properly — the first time — is a job done well.

Please ensure you have taken the appropriate precautions for allowing us to enter your home. We will wear the required facial masks and may sanitise the furniture for you once assembled, as long as you provide the cleaning product(s).

Common questions and queries customers have asked.
Will you carry my item upstairs/move it to another room?
No.
It is your responsibility to make sure the items that require assembly are in the rooms where you want them to be.
This is to protect us from physical harm lifting heavy items and to protect you and your residence from having items damage your property while being carried.
Will you discard the packaging from my furniture?
We are unable to do this as we do not have the required license to discard rubbish. If we take discarded items to the skip, we will be charged a fee, therefore it is your responsibility to make sure that the discarded items are disposed of appropriately.
If I see something with the work done later that is not up to par, will you come back and fix it for free?
We are more than happy to rectify any problems that may arise while we are on the job, or prior to finishing, but unfortunately, we are unable to correct any issues once the job is complete and we have left.
I don't have the time to have you assemble all my items. Will you come back at a later date and do it?
Of course!
We are more than happy to come back at a later time that suits you and do additional work.
Please note that this will occur an additional charge.
Why does your pricing say "starting from" and not have set prices per item?
Assembling furniture is not a one-and-done affair. Some items are large and cumbersome, while others are rather complicated. A smaller item for assembly may cost the same as a larger item, but it has a lot of assembly requirements.
I could easily do this myself. Why should I pay to have something assembled?
Many people don't have the time to put their furniture together; or, they don't have the expertise/skill to do it. It's simply like any other convenience we get used to: You can easily make a nice cappuccino at home, but having your local barista make it for you takes the time and effort off your hands, not to mention, they have the proper equipment to do it. Some people don't have the correct tools to assemble their furniture.
